Floh de Cologne was a German band formed in 1966 in Cologne. Initially starting as a political cabaret group, they later transitioned to the musical style known as krautrock. Their debut album, "Vietnam," released in 1968, was a sharp critique of the Vietnam War. Notable works include "Fließbandbabys Beat-Show" (1970) and "Rockoper Profitgeier" (1971). The band was known for their politically charged lyrics and experimental sound. Throughout their career, they collaborated with various artists and gained recognition for their contribution to the German music scene. The band disbanded in 1983.
