Helix is a Canadian hard rock and heavy metal band formed in 1974 in Kitchener, Ontario. Their fourth studio album, 1984's "Walkin' the Razor's Edge," featured the hit "Rock You" and reached number 27 on the Canadian RPM Album Chart, selling 100,000 copies in Canada and 400,000 internationally. The band is known for its energetic style and contributed to the development of the Canadian rock scene in the 1980s. Other notable albums include "No Rest for the Wicked" (1983) and "Long Way to Heaven" (1985).
