Irreversible Entanglements is an American free jazz collective formed in 2015. The group consists of vocalist and poet Camae Ayewa (known as Moor Mother), saxophonist Keir Neuringer, bassist Luke Stewart, trumpeter Aquiles Navarro, and drummer Tcheser Holmes. Their music combines improvisational jazz with poetry focusing on the Black experience, love, power, community, and liberation. They have released four studio albums: "Irreversible Entanglements" (2017), "Who Sent You?" (2020), "Open the Gates" (2021), and "Protect Your Light" (2023).
