Mink DeVille was an American rock band formed in 1974 in San Francisco. The band was known for its association with early punk bands at New York's CBGB club and served as a platform for Willy DeVille's music. They recorded six albums between 1977 and 1985, with their debut album "Cabretta" featuring the hit "Spanish Stroll". Their third album, 1980's "Le Chat Bleu", received critical acclaim and was ranked among the best albums of the year.
