Neil Young & The Restless was a short-lived collaboration between Canadian musician Neil Young, bassist Rick Rosas, and drummer Chad Cromwell. In 1989, they released the EP "Eldorado," featuring five tracks, including "Cocaine Eyes" and "Heavy Love," which were not available on other albums. The EP was initially released only in Japan and Australia but received a worldwide reissue in 2022. Musically, "Eldorado" is characterized by a harder rock sound and intense guitar work. Following this project, Young continued collaborating with Rosas and Cromwell on subsequent albums such as "Freedom" and "Prairie Wind."
