Pussycat was a Dutch country and pop group led by the three Veldpaus sisters: Toni, Betty, and Marianne. Formed in 1975, the band achieved international success with the single "Mississippi," which became a number one hit in many European countries in 1975/76. Their discography includes albums such as "First of All" (1976), "Souvenirs" (1977), and "Wet Day in September" (1978). The group was active until 1985 and later reunited during 2004–2005.
