Scarlet Rae is a Los Angeles-born, New York City-based artist who began releasing solo tracks in 2020. Her music blends understated acoustic instrumentation with shoegaze gloom and whispery, effect-shrouded vocals. Prior to her solo career, she fronted the indie folk band Rose Dorn, which released its debut album, "Days You Were Leaving," in 2019. In December 2024, she released the single "Bleu" and signed with Bayonet Records. Her EP "No Heavy Goodbyes" is set for release in September 2025 and features five tracks exploring themes of acceptance, solitude, and grief.
