The Dave Foster Band is a British rock group led by guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Dave Foster, known for his work with Big Big Train and The Steve Rothery Band. The band was formed in collaboration with Dutch vocalist Dinet Poortman. Their second album, "Glimmer," was released in April 2023 under the English Electric Recordings label. The album blends guitar-driven rock, piano-led balladry, and cinematic textures. Guest musicians on the album include bassist Neil Fairclough (Queen + Adam Lambert), drummer Leon Parr (The Steve Rothery Band), pianist Anthony Hindley, and string arranger Stephen Boyce Buckley.
