The Dream Syndicate is an American alternative rock band from Los Angeles, formed in 1981. The band is known for its contribution to the neo-psychedelic genre and the Paisley Underground movement. Their 1982 debut album, "The Days of Wine and Roses," is considered pivotal in their discography. During their initial run, they released additional albums such as "Medicine Show" (1984), "Out of the Grey" (1986), and "Ghost Stories" (1988). After disbanding in 1989, the band reunited in 2012 and has since released new albums, including "How Did I Find Myself Here?" (2017) and "These Times" (2019).
