Tommy Womack is an American singer, songwriter, and author who began his music career in 1985 as a member of the post-punk band Government Cheese. After the band's dissolution in 1992, he joined The Bis-Quits, which released an album under Oh Boy Records in 1993. Womack launched his solo career in 1998 with the album "Positively Na-Na" and has since released several others, including "Stubborn" (2000), "Circus Town" (2002), and "There, I Said It!" (2007).
