White Zombie was an American heavy metal band formed in 1985 in New York City. Initially starting as a noise rock band, they later transitioned to a groove metal and industrial metal sound. Their third album, "La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Volume One" (1992), featured hits like "Thunder Kiss '65" and "Black Sunshine". The follow-up album, "Astro-Creep: 2000" (1995), included the single "More Human than Human". The band disbanded in 1998 after releasing the remix album "Supersexy Swingin' Sounds".
