Womack & Womack was an American musical duo consisting of husband and wife Cecil Womack and Linda Womack. They debuted in 1983 with the album "Love Wars," which reached number 34 on the Billboard Top Black Albums chart. Their 1988 single "Teardrops" from the album "Conscience" became an international hit, reaching number 3 in the United Kingdom and number 1 in the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. Their music blended elements of soul, R&B, and pop. Throughout their career, they collaborated with artists such as Bobby Womack and Sam Cooke. In the 1990s, they relocated to South Africa and continued recording under the name The House of Zekkariyas.
