John McCusker is a Scottish folk musician, producer, and composer. Born in Bellshill, Scotland, he began his career in 1991 as a member of the Battlefield Band. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists such as Kate Rusby, Heidi Talbot, and Mark Knopfler. His solo albums include "Yella Hoose" (2001), "Goodnight Ginger" (2004), and "Hello, Goodbye" (2016). McCusker is known for his fiddle playing and proficiency on other instruments, as well as for producing and arranging music for various artists.
